This, in concert with the FN Five-Seven, may just be the perfect zombie apocalypse gun on the market. Compact, high ammunition capacity, and good accuracy at a medium range makes it perfect for urban zombie fighting. Other, longer guns will catch in doorways, and shorter guns aren't accurate enough to take the anti zombie head shot when they're close enough to be a threat, but too far for the hand gun.
I love your rendition of this wonderful weapon. Much better than most photographs of the same.

I think they already have. It's the FN PS-90, a civilian semi-automatic model with a longer barrel. If you want to look it up on Wikipedia, it's in the same article as the P-90, as one of the variants.

Well, by 'sniper' I meant something with the performance of a Dragunov, or PSG. A really good long-range gun.

When it comes to a zombie apocalypse? I don't really think that sort of thing would be necessary, because with slow moving zombies you could really just walk away at almost a jog and get very far from any danger. But I'd really like to know, what would be the use of that sort of thing if it doesn't use the same ammunition as the other two (which is one of the main reasons those two are considered a 'set'), and how would it be helpful in a zombie apocalypse?

Oh, I see what you mean. I don't think they're in the sniper rifle industry, just the close combat and personal defence industries. I mean, they still have the SCAR and the 2000, which are very effective in their own rights.

I want one of the civilian models so bad. Unfortunately, I live in the armpit of america (california), so I'll have to settle for my Saiga (civilian AK) for now. Also, I have an MAS, SKS, countless Mausers, Enfields, a trapdoor Springfield, a couple Martini-Henrys, a Garand, Arisaka, a few Nagants and a few oddballs (ever heard of a Vetterly?). I have more, but I think you get the point. Check out my latest pic, it's a 100 yard grouping from my .45-70 Marlin lever action.

Thats correct. Originally it was ment to be the civilian version but I changed my mind late in the project. And It is a tripple rail too. As for the coloring, I use so many diferent techniques to achive what I am looking for. So its really hard to say. All I can sayt is I use a lot...LOT... of layers. Idk, I have been thinking of doing a tutorial so we'll see.

Good eye! When I started this one I originally intended to do the long barrelled civillian version. I changed my mind late in the project. By then the stock and rails were already completed. Didn't feel like changing them at that point. I thought they were close enough to pass, but someone who really knows guns would be able to tell. Thanks a lot!

Nice work on the transparencies in the magazine. You're right, this is deceptively simple in design.
I didn't realize how small these were until I finally held one. It just sinks into your hands and cradles into the arms. It's like holding a baby. The F2000 is the same way. Someday I'll own one. They're so cool.
