+ Gentle Just like her clan is as known to be, Poppystar is a gentle and usually calming she-cat. She is gentle with all ranks within her clan but she is more gentle with the younger cats of the clans especially the kits. Poppystar doesn't usually give strict punishments and often lets her deputy sort out them unless it is something really bad. Just because she has a gentle stride doesn't mean she cant fight. Poppystar is very fast and a intelligent she-cat who gives her very best on the battle field. She likes to do things gently, like how she stalks, fishes, walks and sometimes speak. She does not like shouting at all and if someone shouts at her she is more than likely to turn around and walk off because she thinks shouting is very disrespectful.

+ Kind-hearted Poppystar is a very friendly and kind she-cat. She wont turn another cat down if they need her help even if they are not from her clan. Poppystar just wants all of the clans to keep in peace and get along with each other, she hates the idea of war and her clan-mates getting injured. Poppystar will often do warrior as well as apprentice tasks to help her clan. She enjoys visiting the elders as well as the kits of the clans especially chatting with the queens. Poppystar has a good heart and in truth just wants what is best for her clan. Even though she is kind and gentle, she still is rather strict with her apprentices because she knows its the kind thing to do to help them learn though she is also very reassuring as a mentor.

= Determined Determination is a very stubborn trait that runs through this she-cat. She is determined to keep her clan safe, fed and healthy. It is a strong trait that often can subside the other traits. It can also make her rather stubborn. Her determination can effect a lot of aspects of her life like training her apprentices, hunting, swimming, punishing naughty cats as well as her love life. She is very willing to push herself close to the limit when she wants to. It can also effect those little things that she has to do. For example she has to fully groom herself before and after she sleeps as well as eating something in the morning (Though she is known to forget to eat for the rest of the day.)

= Confident Poppystar can be a very confident she-cat though sometimes she can sometimes be over-confident. She is confident when she speaks, hardly ever being nervous around other cats (Unless she has a crush!) She is confident in her skills as a leader and of course that she has the best clan. She is very good at making speeches in front of her clan as well as at gatherings. She also knows shes a very pretty cat though she wouldn't say it out loud as she knows its a rude thing to do. Poppystar is also a very confident swimmer even though she isn't from Reedclan. She wont hesitate to jump into water no mater the depth, temperature or how wild it may be.

- Flirtatious Poppystar can be very flirty with the boys, and sometimes with the girls even though she doesn't swing that way. She likes a little banter and enjoys having the attention on her. She doesnt care about clans and such as its just a bit of fun. She loves flings but also to have any sort of romantic gesture melts her heart. Being flirty is more of being playful and a naughty tortie rather than being romantic and helplessly in love. It is just part of her personality and even if she took a mate she would still banter with others as more of a joke, even if there is nothing behind it.. Though it may cause arguments later on, she really cant help it. She just loves to tease and also getting that bite back thrills her.

- Sassy Sassy is a trait that doesn't come out often though when it does it is often because something or someone got her back up. Usually her sister knows the way to bring the inner sass out. It also comes out when shes being a naughty, flirty tortie with her banter and playful nature. It can sometimes however be taken the wrong way. Her sassy nature also comes out if another cats sass comes out. The battle of the sass commences! A common love story of a tom and a she-cat who were put on the same patrols and soon became close. Tigertail and Leafshine were one of the most predictable couples to get together. They became mates soon after Tigertail's first apprentice became a warrior and decided that they would try for kittens to benefit the clan.

And it happened. Leafshine became pregnant though unfortunately she lost the kits when she was four weeks pregnant from getting white-cough. The couple was devastated but no one took it as bad as Tigertail. He began to drift away and spend time more by himself. Though soon good news came and Leafshine was pregnant again, though Tigertail wasn't as happy as he was when the first pregnancy was announced. Leafshine however just though it was so he didn't put his hopes up for this pregnancy.

Leafshine gave birth to three healthy kits on a leaf-fall day. Poppykit was named for her vibrant red patches on her tortoiseshell pelt, her sister Blossomkit was named for her pretty dappled pelt and Finally Coalkit named for the dark patches on his face, legs and tail. Leafshine was so overwhelmed with being a mother and she wanted Tigertail to be happy as well now that he was a father.

"Did you hear? Tigertail keeps going out by himself! I bet hes up to something!"
"Tigertail is going out again on his own!"
"Can I come?... No.. Oh.."
"Leaving the territory again no doubt.. What is that tom up to?"
Rumors were spread widely around Willowclan but Leafshine did not want to believe them as her kits were only a month old. Moleflower (Leafshine's sister.) decided that she would follow the tom one morning and she couldn't believe her eyes! He was seeing another she-cat! Silverwing from Reedclan! The disloyal tom! Moleflower came back and broke the news to the clan. The clan was outraged! Tigertail had not done a good deed at all to his mate and kits. When he came back, Leafshine confronted him in the middle of the camp's ground and when he didn't deny it Leafshine attacked him. The Leader of the Clan Duststar had to split the two apart, telling Tigertail that he had to choose the she-cat or his family.. Tigertail left the clans to join Reedclan.

"Fishkit has a father! Why don't we?" Poppykit was now four moons old and was becoming a very curious and inquisitive kitten. She wanted to know all of the answers but especially the one about her missing father. He mother not wanting to hurt her kittens feelings, told them a story about her father having to leave the clan to protect them.

A P P R E N T I C E

Poppykit became Poppypaw and was given Foxbelly as her mentor. She was so proud to have the deputy as her mentor!
She was a determined apprentice and wanted to be the best at everything though the one thing she didn't expect to love so much was swimming. She accidentally fell in the river while trying to fish and soon started to kick her legs and realized she was so good at it, but she also enjoyed the cool water on her pelt.

Poppypaw really enjoyed swimming and spent her free time in or by the river which she was joined later on by a grey-pelted apprentice of the name Spashpaw. The two enjoyed spending time together and Poppypaw developed a crush on the young tom cat.

It came to her assessment and she was very determined to catch more than her siblings (She caught three squirrels, and four voles in total.) She passed her assessment and was eager to get her Warrior name alongside her siblings but also Splashpaw.

"POPPYNOSE! BLOSSOMHEART! COALFACE! SPLASHTIDE!"
Poppypaw received her warrior name; Poppynose though the good news didn't continue. Her mother contracted green-cough and later passed the following moon. Poppynose was devastated and took comfort with the young warrior Splashtide. One night they became more than friends but the next day it was if it had never happened. Splashtide had just used her.

Poppynose found out she was pregnant. She was ashamed but decided not to tell anyone until she was showing. While she was waiting, she noticed that Splashtide was getting rather close with her sister. Poppynose tried to warn her but her sister verbally attacked her saying that 'She was jealous!' Poppynose ashamed of herself but also disappointed that her sister didn't believe her when she said that Splashtide was bad news. That night Poppynose woke up in a small pool of blood.. She had miscarried the kittens. She was somewhat glad because she hadn't told anyone but the medicine cat but also heart-broken of not being able to have met her kits.

There was a battle between Stoneclan and Willowclan. Poppynose recieved a nick in her left ear as well as two deaths in the clan. Splashtide and the deputy Foxbelly. Poppynose mourned for the loss of her former mentor while her sister mourned for the loss of her love.

D E P U T Y

The old leader Duststar picked Poppynose as his new deputy. Poppynose was thankful to have her deputy duties to keep herself distracted but mostly she was thankful to not be able to see or talk to her sister. She was able to form the patrols so the two kept as far apart as necessary. She really didn't want to confrontation.

It wasn't long until Duststar decided it was time to retire to the Elder's den. Poppynose took a small journey with the medicine cat to the MoonFall. She touched her nose to the bottom of the waterfall and felt herself become one with Starclan. The starclan cats of her past (Her mother, Foxbelly, Splashtide, Moleflower and a few old cats she didn't recognize.) gave her each a life and a new name. Poppystar. Returning back to her clan with a new name and nine new lives, she picked -Name- as her deputy.

S U M M A R Y

- Within a moon of having the kits, their was rumors going around the clan that Tigertail was a disloyal warrior and talking with another clan cat. Leafshine's sister Moleflower followed him one day and found that Tigertail was seeing another she-cat Silverwing from Reedclan.
- Leafshine confronted him and Tigertail admits to only staying in Willowclan because of the kits. He leaves for Reedclan to be with Silverwing.
- Kits got to about 4 moons old, and wondered why they didn't have a father. Leafshine made up a story that he left to protect them to not hurt their feelings.
- Kits turned 6 moons and was given their mentors.

Flashkit slowly opened his eyes and stretched his long, lanky legs out in front of him. He blinked his eyes a couple times as he looked around and sighed, he was up again before the other kits. The tall kit got to his paws and crept out of the Nursery. He blinked his eyes several times to adjust to the light change before he sat down and rasped his rough pink tongue against his chest. The tom-kit gave a half-purr as he closed his eyes, continuing to groom against his fur with his tongue. He licked one of his front paws and brought it over the bridge of his nose, rubbing it across his face. Putting both his paws against the ground, Flashkit opened one eye and then the other as he stared with his vibrant blue hues at a small ladybug that crawled just a whisker-length from his toes.

Bending down, the tom-kit's eyes glistened with fascination as he looked at the small, shiny red bug that continued its little journey across the dusty ground. Getting onto his belly, Flashkit's previous grooming went out of his mind and was now in-tuned to the little insect in front of him. Very slowly he belly-crawled after the little bug, keeping his nose just a little way from it. He loved how it wriggled and loved the smell that came from the little bug. He could always imagine the flowers that the ladybug had previously rested on. His eyes were going cross-eyed the more he stared at the little bug which was now close to his nose. A bit of dust blew into his nose and the tom-cat wrinkled his nose. He closed his eyes as he let out a very large sneeze. Flashkit opened his eyes and looked around.

Flashkit slowly opened his eyes and stretched his long, lanky legs out in front of him. He blinked his eyes a couple times as he looked around and sighed, he was up again before the other kits. The tall kit got to his paws and crept out of the Nursery. He blinked his eyes several times to adjust to the light change before he sat down and rasped his rough pink tongue against his chest. The tom-kit gave a half-purr as he closed his eyes, continuing to groom against his fur with his tongue. He licked one of his front paws and brought it over the bridge of his nose, rubbing it across his face. Putting both his paws against the ground, Flashkit opened one eye and then the other as he stared with his vibrant blue hues at a small ladybug that crawled just a whisker-length from his toes.

Bending down, the tom-kit's eyes glistened with fascination as he looked at the small, shiny red bug that continued its little journey across the dusty ground. Getting onto his belly, Flashkit's previous grooming went out of his mind and was now in-tuned to the little insect in front of him. Very slowly he belly-crawled after the little bug, keeping his nose just a little way from it. He loved how it wriggled and loved the smell that came from the little bug. He could always imagine the flowers that the ladybug had previously rested on. His eyes were going cross-eyed the more he stared at the little bug which was now close to his nose. A bit of dust blew into his nose and the tom-cat wrinkled his nose. He closed his eyes as he let out a very large sneeze. Flashkit opened his eyes and looked around.
