Its actually just thick cardboard, paper mache, and acrylic paint. I'm not extremely happy with it and will probably work on it a bit more before the next con. But is was easy to make!

There is a pattern online somewhere, where somebody deconstructed the gun into the pieces that its made up of, if you can find it - it's helpful(:
