Tim, the main character from the video game Braid, and his sidekick shadow-Tim from the chapter/world Time and Decision. As for why he looks half crazy, you'll get it if you've finished the game...If you don't know about Braid you should check it on youtube. It is WEIRD... and great for wasting valuable free time that could instead be used for studying...

I loved Braid, it's such an interesting game. Nice one, shadow Tim holding the key was my favorite detail!!!

The music and the watercolor-like designs were great!
I added shadow Tim and the (shadow) key later, after thinking about all those puzzles where you basically had to kill him in order to progress through the level.
