Ah, what a question!
Well, it depends on what you want to achieve here. If you go for realism, then I think the black and white version would be better. B&W treatment tends to erase all those little details and colours which are, let's admit it, a bit unnatural in 3D renders.
However, in our worlds, B&W seems a little old-fashioned sometimes, and some people would think that it's a little snob or whatever.
Maybe you should choose both, and blend them in layer mode in Photoshop. That would give a great result I'm sure. If you don't know him yet, I would suggest you go and visit IamUman's gallery and have a look at his tutorials
