It certainly is not "less refined" in the least! From the point of view of swordsmanship, the leading foot should probably be placed more firmly. From the pint of view of dance, it is probably ok the way it is. For fantasy, anything is fine!

The line art and shading are certainly less refined than other drawings of mine for I intended this to be just a sketch, but I'm glad it isn't so noticeable! I didn't think of adding the sword until the very end, so I agree it isn't a very good pose for a sword-woman.
