Hi there! I was already planning to make these "PokéGinks" right after the other ones , but I would have never expected to recieve so much appreciation for my first pokemon inspired Ginks serie, so thank you so much!!Well... Here I am with another serie of ADOPTABLES "PokéGinks"!
Hope you'll like them, too!

Please note: I've set a price to these adoptables because of the time I've dedicated to them. I don't print the linearts, but draw them myself from the model, and each character is colored and shaded with pencils, so sometimes it takes me quite a long time to finish one! Hope you'll understand why I'm asking for a particular price!
If you like my adoptables and you'd like to have your own Gink with your favourite Pokémon look, feel free to ask me! (Of course, I won't re-draw the same character twice, once it has been adopted. In that case, we'll talk about some changes in the design!).
(I'll do this according to the rules Deskleaves has set for his specie's design.)

I really love what you did with these, they look great! But I'm worried, since they're Pokemon-based and those are under copyright of Nintendo and I'm not 100% sure about this, but I don't think you can 'sell' Pokemon-based adopts for any sort of currency

I see your point of view! Actually, before submitting my Ginks I've looked for clarifications about this, which is a kind of topic that always leads to many different opinion, since there are many shades of it… Some states that selling fanart is just illegal, some others states that it can be done with some limitations and considering each different case.
The majority (if not all) our favourite characters are under copyright, but still there will always be someone commissioning a plush, a draw, a sculpture of them to artists. And (in my personal opinion ) I don't see anything wrong in it.
Obviously, this activity should be stopped in case of a too big amount of profits, which is, as you said, against the law.
But in cases like this (and many others I'm sure you noticed around dA) it can be seen as just OK, considering that I'm not drawing a Pokemon, but basing my drawings on an open specie and adding some of their features to them... I could have just said "these are my Ginks", without admitting that they were inspired by Pokemon... This, from my point of view, would have been worse!

Ah I'm glad you at least informed yourself! c: There are too many who just do it and then throw a tantrum if you tell them :C I did some PKMN inspired Adopts (Hoshinu) as well, but I didn't sell them for points, that's when someone told me that it's actually getting into conflict with the copyright :/

Yes, I did! I always prefer to be informed in what I do (expecially in these cases when other people are involved, too) and have a more solid opinion!
I'm sorry to hear that many people just get upset for this.. As I said, this topic has many many different interpretations, so it's ok to disagree.. But I don't think there is any reason to get mad!

Thank you!! Yes, drawing them trying to keep the original and design adding some of the pokemon features is not always easy, but I hope to find some new ways to transform Ginks in the future! This specie is really amazing! Thanks again!
