I love that you keept the colurs from both of their most famous cartoon shows.
I always loved Batmans grey and black. Also the Green Goblins full suit with green and purple.
Although, as a fan of Spider-man, I have to say that The Batman could not have taken down the Green Goblin thatΒ easily.
Sure, the Green Goblin is some sort of a clown, just as the Joker, but the Green Goblin has just as much gadgets as the Batman.
But i still like your pic, very original.

Nope at all .
But from now, I admit that this would be a tough fight, for both of them : Goblin is too arrogant sometimes, and he can underestimate his foes, while Batman would come accross an unusual crazy man too .

I remember I did some sort of analyse for a Goblin vs Joker : I ended up with a an ex-aqueo match . No would really wins .
Well, if they just come accross each others in the streets, Goblin will took the advantage, but if the fight is planned, the Joker got the time to come up with a plan .
The biggest threat for the Goblin would be the Joker Venom, I guess.
About Spidey, of course...Heroes always win . And since he's a wisecracker, that might disturb the Joker, who's usually the only one making jokes in a fight . ^^
