Wow.....a sketch? This? This is amazing! The shirt design...is quite unique and it works. Surprisingly....I made a new design for one of my characters and......the first time it sucked. So when I see this design.....it just looks really unique! And works well with the black that she has on. I really do like her clothes as she is a blonde as well. Speaking of blonde, I like how you did the hair there, and the light touches of shading in her hair. And even though her being a blonde, her blue eyes are really lovely looking! Although...its only like a cresent of blue, I can still say she has nice blue eyes.

And lastly the background.....its nice but I have question: Those white sparkles...are they supposed to be the stars? That's what I'm assuming they are becaaause...I would expect a star to be brighter. Or....Well yeah, brighter. Anyways, this is a very lovely job you did here!
