I think the original was by BlackMyst, according to DarkeSword on the forum: [link] Binjovi did do some design work on OCR1-tan and 2-tan based on older versions by other folks, and then designed 3-tan himself.

I really like your version of her, by the way. Her hair looks pretty hawt here.
