IT IS DONE!!!!!!!i finally made time to finish this DARN PIECE!!
gah... school's been really eating up my time. like french fries. yea.. just like french fries.
These are 's characters!
It's a colored version of my last submission. heh
i haven't submitted an artwork for a while... i just couldn't make time... my apologies...
it's the finals season... i have SAT test comin up real soon, TAKS tests, AP tests, Finals.... GAHHH!!!!
SUMMER!!! I CAN'T WAIT TILL SUMMER!!! then, i'll be posting heck lotta artworks. YEA!
ne ways, i'm still a newby with the photoshop...
i don't know what to do with the lines on the picture. the edges are just hard to smooth out... i need tutorials.. lol
THE HAIR!! o my gosh!! the hair was pain in the rear-end. my goodness! i definitely need more practice with hair.
and i think a little bit more practice with skin coloring, and i'll be pretty good at it.
cloths... yea... i need more practice with those too..
backgrounds... absolutely...
so to sum it all up, i need a ella lotta painting practice with just about everything! whew... looong way to go.
o welp. gotta go memorize some more SAT vocabs... PEACE BE BY THY SIDE!!! and ENJOY!!!

Great colors! You could try using the path tools in photoshop. That is what I use to draw my lines.

Here is what I told to another deviant about the paths.

I don't know about OC but in Photoshop there is a tool called Pen.
You can draw paths with it. It is really easy to use. Choose the pen tool and click the starting point of the line and then click the ending point of the line that you want to draw.
Then it draws you a path witch you can manipulate by adding draggin points in it.
Just put the the pen tool over the place where you want to add the drag point and click it. Now you can manipulate the path by pressing down Ctrl and clickin the drag point. (hold down the ctrl and mouse button).
You can delete paths from the path page in the layer/channels/paths window
If you want to close an active path press Esc. After you have drawn the paths you can paint them by using the stroke path- function. The the pen tool and right click the mouse -> choose stroke path.
In the stroke path window there is box which says simulate pressure. Tick the box if you want to simulate pen pressure. If you just want to draw normal lines don't tick the box.
The best way to learn to use it is just to practise with it. I hope this helps atleast a bit.
