Fairly normal; Her mother left her father when she was little. He ended up raising her. Mitsy was never starved for attention, or mistreated.
She was exposed to the world of tournament fighting when she was very young because her father was a backstage technician. Eventually, she got her own ringside job, and was able to get into the favor of several of the fighters.

And bam, she ended up training under Terry Bogard.

Personality--

Mitsy is generally a happy person. Though she can be a little naive. The girl just hasn't figured out some people are wholly rotten yet. Her nature is open, flirtacious, implusive, and relatively trusting.
She has her moments of depression, but they typically aren't shared.
