You once again amaze me. I really love the photo of this dish. It's something I would do, except the spork. I'd have my lacquered chopsticks in it ^^

Thankyou! For some reason I only have two sets of chopsticks and both were dirty. On top of that I had just read at the ramen rater [link] about certain brands of noodles that include disposable forks in the package, so a spork felt more fun than an ordinary fork.

My original mission was to check if the store in question had ssamjang, but instead I found really cheap rice noodles, duck flavored instant ramen and tapioca starch, which I've never seen in Sweden before, which means I can make PΓ£o de queijo.
While I've decided not to be ashamed of eating instant ramen, I've decided to enjoy it with moderation, never in order to save money (because in that case, an egg and a banana would be better) and not without added fresh foodstuffs.

Well, if something's available in the US, it probably is in Sweden too
I'm actually not sure when instant noodles hit the Swedish stores, but I remember having my first one in 95, so at least 17 years ago
It was, however, the first time I encountered duck flavored ramen, in a sandwich/Asian groceries store I've frequented for lunch subs several times a week for the last three years
