Description Wow, i'm surprised that i've uploaded three things at once within two days! O_O   Anyways.... I used oil pastels for this one. I think the only good part that came out of this are the fins, but overall i'd say it's pretty good for someone who's only touched oil pastels maybe 4 times in her life.

I love this piece. It's simple but very on point. I love the use of the black paper, the composition, and just the technical skill that went into this piece.  The only thing is that I'd like to see it further rendered.  It feels a little incomplete.

Keep doing work like this.  It really exhibits your skill and understanding as an artist.  Good on you!

Render, in this case, sort of means more complete.  It doesn't look like a finished piece.

Really pretty!! I love the fins! So delicate and swirly! And I like how you made them transparent. Really beautiful shading on the body, too.

Aww fishy! But seriously this is well done but I have to say that the middle fin could have used more white to make it stand out. (Don't mean it in a bad way!)

Thank you!!  Yeah, looking at it now, i can see what you mean.  I also think the front fin on the bottom that's yellow is a little confusing. Looking at it i think that the yellow should be white, white to yellow, but that's what it looked like in the picture! XD
