...I love Painter
I also use Photoshop for writting in bottom right corner and the feathers/border and link. All else done in Photoshop with MOUSE! ...yeah I'm in love with two Painter tools...yeah I know used TWO tools (not including eraser and pencil tool for touch-ups) and I managed to achieve this in 3hrs!
Love it. Hope ya like it!Random character. Suggestions?
Yeah I know the drawing itself got a heap of mistakes...don't ask...just don't ask.

thank you, I didn't ink it- the lines there are from the pencil sketch itself...couldn't bother cleaning it or properly inking it.

Very emotive. I like it a lot, especially the palette you've chosen. Seems to fit her very well. I also have a thing for red heads... and if it's an androgynous male... well, who cares. Still very pretty. haha

haha, thanks a lot. It was a mirical to do and took a lot of adjusting and all....but I only used two simple tools and a image as reference. I used Painter and it surprisingly didn't take as long as it looks like 
If I do another one, I'll save the screen shots and see if I can make a tutorial out of it, ok? Glad you like it!
