The Metroid art is finished, ... At least ! I was becoming crazy !
Sorry, i obviously drop the ball for the boss part. It was just like the eternity to finish...
I changed the direction of the picture when i saw screens from Oborosama, the new vanillaware game for Wii. I would like to have some sketch look, so i tried to have this old comics with strong black in it.
I really wanted to have a strong mood for this one. In the end i'm not so sure... Ho well !

This was by far the best room in the entire game, you could see which bosses to fight and as you beat them, you curiosity grew as to what would happen once you finally beat them all.

Your Metroid works are simply epic. The ambient darkness and bleek landscapes and vegetation work SO well in this style. I would love to see a Metroid 2D game, made in this style.
