"SUPPPOSED" to be Sharon Needles... The sketch (I think) really looked like her.. then I started adding pen... then I realized her head was crooked... and now it looks anything but..
In my case, the first one always sucks!! I've got another 'Sharon head' going, just gotta decide upon the body..
