It's been a while since I did fanart, and even longer since I did traditional media fanart!So basically I started watching Shippuden...don't ask why, it makes me want to scream and pull my hair out sometimes. >_< BUT! I really latched on to Sai...probably the 'artist' thing.
No spoilers plz! I'm only at the part where Sora gets taken over by the nine tales chakra when those guys are trying to destroy the village.
...on second thought PLEASE tell me if Sora dies - I can't stand him, he's such a Gary Stu!!

I think he doesn't but Naruto uses part of the nine tails chakra to subdue him since only he can do it...I yhink...its been awhile since I watches that episode...so far away.

I'd recommend reading it over watching it, actually. The filler is... well, FILLER. And kind of really dumb. The art is also more consistently good in the manga.
Sai is a great character, though.

Yeah I've read some of the manga around when Sai enters the story. And yes it moves SOOO much faster! I can't stand it in the anime when they linger on a shot for like 20 seconds or repeat the same flashback over and OVER! D:<

I mean, it makes some of the action hard to follow, but you can always watch montages of the fights themselves on Youtube if you wanna get a better taste.
I know that the fight between some fellows named Hidan and Kakuzu was actually very spectacular.
