Princess Neoma is a sylph-like beauty that turns heads wherever she goes, despite her unfashionably dark coat. Some whisper that she is a daughter of the moon, due to her empty silver eyes and black as night pelt. Whether these rumours were started by her adopted parents themselves to fend off unwanted questions about her impossible colour and questionable parentage is unknown, but thought to be likely by the smarter fawnlings.
Her horn is split and bowed, with the twines reaching up past her ears. On the horn hangs the ornament left to her by her true sire, artfully arranged to fall neatly between the spires. Her hair is tightly braided and twisted - the top half twines upwards and forms a loose braid which she has looped around the base of her horn - from this braid hangs another simple ornament; a white pearl that echoes her namesake. The rest of her hair falls in a regular braid that hangs long and unadorned from the base of her neck, except for special occasions, at which point she'll arrange white flowers into the thick braid.

As for Brennan, he has come a long way since being a scrawny little colt. Having spent years chafing under the unfair taunts and disappointment directed at him for his pale coat and goofy nature, he finally decided to turn it in his favour - if he couldn't make them stop laughing at him, he would make them laugh FOR him.

As such, Brennan is now one of the most illustrated minstrels and entertainers in Glenmore, known through the forest as an avid teller of tales and for his quirky and mischievous song and dance routines. Those who dare speak against him now are quickly silenced by others, lest the minstrel hear of such negativity and refuse to grace them with his presence in the future.

It might not be the future one would expect for a son of the king, but he plays a crucial role in keeping the mood light and amicable, even despite all the shadow plays of the royal court.
