I don't do a lot of detail very often, forgive me if there are a lot of mistakes ;w; and this was a highly experimental piece. So I took a photo of the park I go through every day and drew this up inspired by that photo, I was going for a sort of light shining trough the trees and trying to make the shading look similar too, but it kind of failed lol. I'm mostly happy with the trees and I worked for the longest on them, the rest I found difficult but yeah this is the final thing I hope you all like it ^^Related content

This looks really good! The shading works with the trees, but it seems a little off. (don't feel too bad, I always had trouble with highly detailed shading) Skye looks totally cute here, though. :3Β

oh your should make more of these, they look wonderful~ i really love the work oyu put into the shadows, it makes the drawings stand out a lot more!
i know the whole tree/leave shading is terrible as i'm working on exactly the same problem right now (>w< )
i must admit though that upon a closer look, the holes in the trees look a little strange, especially because there seems to be blue sky behind
them which seems a little impossible in this view (;^w^)

Yes I agree with that, though in the picture I was looking at while drawing it the sky was visible through the trees ;w; I did do the blue a bit too far down though, i'll change it once I get home ~
