I like it. The pose is great and the coloring is simple, yet effective. You did a wonderful job on her eyes. <3 Despite cell shading this- which I'm no fan of- you managed to set a clear mood through your use of color.
The pattern on her dress is a bit stiff, though. If you have the right medium, maybe you should warp it? Also, I imagine it'd look nice if her stockings were textured or shaded a bit more clearly.

Thanks so much for the feedback! I was debating on putting a texture on the stockings, so I've added a simple one now - it's surprisingly hard to find a good picture of fishnets! (I had to make my own.) Warping is a good idea too, but I think I'll experiment with that on another piece ^^ Thanks again!
