The animation looks good, but it's a bit floaty. You could stand to omit the frames inbetween the start of the stretch where she brings her arms up to the stretch position, then one frame when she lowers her arms again. The important part of the motion is the stretch, but this animation lingers on her arms getting from point A to point B too long. Instead of reading as a stretching motion, it reads as her putting her arms out, holding them out for a moment, getting tired and putting them back down.

I deleted one of the two transitional frames, what do you mean by floaty in this context? Like too padded?

Floaty in this context refers to an animation with too many frames for the motion it intends to convey. Instead of moving like it should, it moves as if the parts are floating and gliding across the canvas.
