There's a little matter I forgot to mention. Beware of hitchhiking ghosts! They have selected you to fill our quota, and they'll haunt you until you return.As far as what Gus is doing, your guess is as good as mine, but I'm pretty sure it's not what it looks like.

I think most of of the Halloween parade at Disney World is like that, but there is the Haunted Mansion float with the ballroom dancers and grave diggers. The grave diggers are insanely awesome and probably most people's favorites. And there's a float with some of the villains.
Does Disneyland have a float with a chicken? I still don't get why that one is there... nostalgia maybe?

I put up a few photos in my gallery from the Mickey's Halloween Party on October 1. I put up ones like Catch That Stitch and Spooky Float so you can see what they were like. No Grim Grinning Ghosts unfortunately, I would have been photographing them if they did! And a villain float, that I've heard of because my sister loves Frollo and was checking it out on YouTube.

Oh holy crap those look awesome! @_@ I'm a huge Chip and Dale fan and they're actually part of the chicken float section of the parade so yeah... their parts in the Disneyland one is way better. Also I don't know if Stitch is even in the Disney World Halloween parade. I don't remember seeing him there. :/ (He does have a dance party at the Halloween party though.) Have you ever seen pictures from Disneyland Paris's Halloween stuff? Their costumes are so cool! I've seen pictures of Stitch with a skeleton mask that is creepy awesome!
I imagine your sister wouldn't be too thrilled with them replacing Frollo in the villains stage show at Disney World. >_> He'd been part of the Villains Mix 'n Mingle but they replaced him this year with Dr. Facilier.
The chicken float: [link] It's nothing really unusual for Disney, but it's kind of weird to see it in the Halloween parade. It's accompanied with country dancers: [link] And parts of the "Boo to You" song they play during the parade are sang by the chicken... in clucking sounds.

I've seen Halloween dance parties from Paris and they are freaking awesome! It's like a huge array of the villains dancing around with the good guys. It's strange to listen to Mickey talk in French and then Maleficent talking to the audience in English. A collection of Paris videos had Frollo doing these Disco-type dance moves while signing autographs. My sister cracked up to no end! 
Yeah, she heard about the replacement of Frollo with Dr. Facilier and was upset. Two of our English friends, however, were visiting WDW in October and she told them they'd be happy to know about Dr. Facilier. I just barely saw him at DL and was annoyed I didn't get a picture! He was stalking around the meet and greet area with Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen and I didn't have my camera ready. This was last November 7, 2009.

It was during one of the Halloween parties, yeah. We wanted to go there on Halloween since that's our anniversary but we couldn't for work reasons so we went the first week of October.

cool. I've never been there on Halloween with all the cool decorations. I bet its so cool. cuz like... you go a lot... or something. I mean I guess you go a lot because you have all these Disney photos in your gallery. but this is way, way cool.

I've actually only gone three times. We have been going once a year though, which is a lot for... probably most people. There are a lot of people (my parents are included in this) who go several times a year. We just can't swing that. x_x
But I went for Halloween my first year, then Christmas, then Halloween again this year and next year we're going for Christmas. We like going for holidays...

huh. I wonder how people can manage that. I've only ever been to a Disney park once and it kinda sucked because I was so young and now want to try to go again but... I don't know.

Oh I definitely recommend going again. I know some people just don't like it, but personally I absolutely love it. We originally weren't going to go this year but we lasted maybe six months before we started getting that Disney itch.

Really? I guess I should try to go again. I want to move to florida or California so I can be close, plus I think they give you discounts on stuff if you are a resident of that state. wow. I know how that is. the Disney itch. it's legendary. I've had it for a while. can't stop watching Disney movies because of it.
