He is a demon that looks like the Eye of Providence that can be found on the dollar bill. (Get it? BILL Cipher? DOLLAR Bill?) He is one of the antagonists of the series, like Savio. He can be found almost everywhere in the series. The creator of the series stated that if he's everywhere, then it means he's watching. What does the Eye of Providence do? Watch everything. On one such occasion, he tries to take over Dipper's body & succeeds.

I mean no need to write a fanfic or such XD just write the desciption/theme of your imagined scene down like "Hans pressed Skipper's hands on the wall, restrict his move, stare at him with a dominant smirk" or a short theme "Dominant Hans"
