Oh! It's really easy!
Click this [link] and copy and paste one of the textures onto your picture in photoshop or SAI, etc. (make sure it's the very top layer, above the rest of your layers)
Then change that texture layer into "Overlay" mode and make the opacity down to your liking (maybe 50%)
