You WILL/MAY need to use the dummy bone.Every time I tried to line the Dutchman with the x y coordinates, it would crash MMD. But when I left it as is, it would convert and work in MMD. I'm sorry about that.

When loaded into MikuMiku, the Dutchman will be off screen to your right. 
Attach it to the dummy bone for easy moving for photos and what not.
Feel free to fix and convert to PMD/PMX if you think it's possible. Love ya guys, have fun.
