T'was only a lucky break for me when I spotted the sliding leg part from FAB Bumblebee

I still need to put epoxy clay inside the legs to hold the bar. At the moment, the bar is supported by metal wires.

Yup. You can hold it like a pen except that it's fatter than a regular pen
