A minipet for Felisfire! I'm ridiculously pleased with this. This is half the size I worked at--it's a bit big and looks just a bit under detailed as site art, imho, but it IS a will-o-wisp so.I managed to do this and five other things for the site tonight, and I thought I'd do more, but alas; my arms are aching for some reason. Argh. I'm tired of arguing with them, so I'm just gonna try going to bed.
btw LOOK IT'S A WAVING CAT. Ahaha. Aren't I clever? /dies

I saw it in the news post and recognised it from your Tumblr - it looks great! It's a bit of a shame it doesn't scale down very well, I think it just needs a little more contrast though, but it's definitely fantastic fresh meat to the minipet crowd. My favourite by far, so glowy and melty and awesome!

Blagh yes. I was going to add some more definition and contrasty stuff, but it sort of seemed fitting for a will-o-wisp? I always forget how small the item art stuff really is though and keep working way too big. I'm really gonna need to learn how to properly gauge the...proper size to work at for these things -throws arts around-

I work at triple size for items, then it scales quite nicely. yeah will-o-wisps aren't very contrasty but it's a shame you can't see his cute little face at the right size!
