Description Sirius Black and Severus Snape, doodled on the top of my notes on Christianity in my Women and Religion class. Because, see, the notes are on Christianity...with Jesus and all that...so Sirius was attempting to relate.

Yes, I know it's just a crappy doodle comic on notebook paper. But, considering my most commented on and most favorited work (at this time) is also a crappy doodle comic on notebook paper , I figured it'd be ok.

Oh yes... And I think Sirius is a dick.

Sirius Black and Severus Snape belong to J.K.Rowling, not me.

Full view, please.

But now I MUST ask! How did you find this???

Glad to hear you agree. I know there are so many Sirius fangirls out there. But he truly is a dick. Truly.

I don't think Lupin intends to be a dick. He's more guilty through inaction, I suppose. He could have stopped his friends from doing what they did to Severus. Just never did. Looked the other way all the time. =/ Mostly, though, I chock that up to him have next to no self esteem and being terrified that he'd lose what little friends he has if he ever stood up to them.

Harry...yeah, he's rather dickish at times. Didn't start off that way. But, teen angst and Sirius' influence certainly did not help the boy. Let us hope he got better with age.

^_^ Glad someone appreciates it. I know that Sirius has a lot of fans out there, and so this comic would appeal to only a wee minority. Heh.

Well, I'm a fan myself, but there's no denying his aptitude for dickery. I think Sirius himself would agree.

Haha! Well, at least you can acknowledge it about him. Most fans of his are too distracted by his devilish good looks and flying motorcycle to notice his dickery. Or they deny it, insisting he's a super person.

Ah, the pitfalls of fandom. I feel the same way about fangirls who insist that, contrary to all appearance, Snape is in fact a muscular, velvet-voiced sex-god with a sweet and cuddly core just waiting to be Mary-sued. (However, Remus Lupin, it must be recognised, is perfect in every way).

Hahahaha! XD As much as I love Snape, I have never considered him that way. Part of what makes him so interesting is that he's so flawed. The strangest thing I've noticed in fandom, however, is the strange urge many women have for dressing Snape in drag, insisting that he'd be hot in such attire. The very thought makes me cringe and crave mental bleach. Just because he has longish hair doesn't mean he's femme.

Remus is adorable and I love him to pieces, but I wouldn't say he's perfect. Which is why he is interesting as well. Characters that are perfect are boring (like Superman. Boo. Give me Batman any day). And while Sirius is also riddled with flaws, they happen to be ones that repel me instead of draw me. Although I liked him in the movie for Order of the Phoenix. Because he really was a super great guy in that. Which means he wasn't really in character for Sirius, but hey... *shrugs* Means that no matter how inaccurate, there's a version of Sirius out there that I actually find endearing.

If I'm being serious, I agree about Remus' imperfections, but I like that he can see them in himself and I feel bad for him for hating himself because of them. Oh, and he also has fangirls with a penchant for putting him in drag. It's true that Sirius is selfish and inconsiderate and somewhat cruel. But I also like his passion and humour and glam-rock-ness. I mostly like him and Remus as a couple perhaps - they complement each other. I think there are characters one can like without wanting them to be your friend (Steerpike anyone? An evening with Withnail? A Draco to confide in?)

I love how you drew Snape, he looks so fitting in the style. And for Sirius, haha, you caught him well too.

Ah thank you. Although I feel rather sad that I can't do Snape's hooked nose when he's in chibi form...

Despite the lack of nose as some chibis do have, he looks good nonetheless
