Description William and his half-brother Pete and their father (transformed into a Lion... LOOONG story).

Green and pretty... Once summer comes I am so going to the botanical garden and draw the plants there.

Anyway... Lions are hard to draw... this is my first.. might have drawn some lion king lions as a kid, but not that I remember.

I want some crits on how to better my anatomy on animals and plants. ^^ (Already working on humans) Thanks guys.

Really like the complexity of the work and the detailing in the background especially. The only thing I can think to keep looking at is the balance of color in the pic. The lion is weighing down one side with a lot of light color and there really isn't a lot of light on the other side to balance... (example to fix might be the dark haired brother wearing a light color cape..just an idea for bettering work) Otherwise, like the characters a lot..intriguing

i think the lions nose is a bit too long for regular lion anatomy, but other then that, he is very well done! and im no expert on animals either so...

very nice work, its peaceful, cute, and colorful!

Great colors and the composition of the pic is nice.
The only thing I'd say about the lion that strikes a bit wrong-ish is the width of the left front paw.
I'm bad at explaining so I searched up a pic as for reference: [link]
Lions have literally huge paws and those are usually quite wide also, in a way like bear's or like most of the really big men. They're like spades.
Other than that I've nothing to "complain" about

Indeed... Ska så rusa till havet det första jag gör när det är varmt nog (och antagligen frysa pattarna av mig) och bada. Maj/Juni är bra här i Skåne.
