Description Back when I was on a total creature kick (more than now, that is) I really, really wanted to draw Cerberus, but I never had an original enough idea for it. So my friend Eileen gave me two suggestions; wings, or standing up. This is the Cerberus who got the wings, and the creature just grew up around them. Another very popular picture at Fanime.

Last year, I accidently sold the original to a con-goer (I thought it was a print). They were good enough to e-mail me and tell me what had happened, and offered to return it to me for a copy. I was so touched by their honesty that I let them keep it.

Gah, it's quite a shame to lose an original piece when comes to a well-efforted work like this, but your intention of letting them keep it was very kind. ^^ I bet those who have it are greateful.

Yeah, I was kind of bummed about it for a while, especially since I put so much time into the design and the coloring, but I'm a strong believer that there's no shame in rewarding a good deed ^^

Yup. ^^ And that was an even better deed.
Oh yes, good work on this. I don't see much of the 'wild' aspect of Cerberus insetad but in favour there's a more wicked and mighty look on it. And my, Cerberus being a big monster, he surely has one gigantic tail. Oo

awesome!! i wanna learn how to drqaw cerberus as good as this.. im interested in cerb after playing the Devil May Cry trilogy (you fight agaisnt cerberus who is frozen in ice) but i cant draw creatures.. only people :/
