The picture is simple enough, there is a good contrast with the pink and the black and an emphasis on the subject. The white outline is thin, but it is very pixelated considering the resolution that this was posted on, which seems very strange to me. Going back and smoothing out the white outline would be good, but the alternative would be to go for a more torn up looking edge to it, this would add some extra style that would contrast the smooth droopy font. The cat sitting on the word text does give the cat a platform to stand on, but it seems to get in the way a lot more in comparison to the text above, where the cat covers up a little of it it but the text is still perfectly legible; in this case I am asking for more of a balance in the mindset of a poster. The cats tail looks more like a mutated tentacle coming from the side of its body, this is because the stripes on its body clearly define the boundary of the body, as you can see on the right side. Simply by pushing the tail to the side more, and then drawing a line to separate the tail from the side of the body will fix this issue. Hopefully you use this to improve upon the piece, good luck~

When I take a close look at the hair, it has a weird texture. Not sure if that was intentional or not. Could also use some shading behind the tail for the effect of "The tail is in front and not plastered on". Also, to the right of the tail, the paws look kinda out of place. I feel like it might be more effective without any paws (or very tiny paws, as Gbx138 mentioned). All politics aside, this is a well-drawn piece.
