My God, this is the best work I've seen in a long time.
Well, starting with the concept that can be interpreted in many ways, which is always a good thing. The mix of colours is quite unusual, but I must say it's exactly what caught my attention in the first place. Thirdly, the, let's say, execution of your idea is very good. You paid attention to the details - thorough cutting and tasteful photomanipulation 
The only thing that I'd rearrange a bit, would be the composition - place both figures more vertically, more side by side, and more to the centre. But maybe it's just me picking on nonexistent issues
Well, I hope to see more works like this one on your part

I love the transition from life to death through the hair. Almost a sort of portal that connects the two. The Girl's expression is so sweet and subdued, it makes a nice balance for the impression the skeleton gives off. Morbid and adorable all at the same time. The map just gives off a "Lost in time, and found as a memory" energy. Great work.
