As expected as his choice was, I think it's also pretty satisfying. Did she seriously believe she could really do that on her own anyway? Felt a bit like suicide to me, but on the other hand.... what choice did they have?
If she turns around and kisses Super, though, I'm just going to stare at the page in a dull, incoherent way and pretend it never happened.
This may be the first time we've had a good shot of Ebony. I am suddenly reminded of Thundercats from the '80s.
