Description i spent last week at Jess's. Some baby sitting, and some exterior work. Of course there was a tropical storm in the middle of this project, and i found, to my dismay, that the adhesive is water soluble. I should know better than to listen to people who have less tile experience.

What came out were rotted, critter infested railroad ties, and as replacement, i found a box of tiles at Habitat for humanity re-store for 3$ and cinder block for $1.5 each. After i go back and fix the problems, we'll fill the center of the blocks with dirt and plant some sort of year round plants...evergreens or some such
