APH guys with kitties! I was drawing another one with just the Axis Powers, you know, for the Cat Festival, I think. It was one of the Hetalia episodes, and I decided to draw this! It's just one cat, and it was shared by all the World.
Then I saw 's Nekotalia and felt more inspired! XD
