Ahh... I really don't understand how I can drag the file and put it in my adobe photoshop tools preset... I try draging the image but it doesn't go anywhere except inside my deviantart page... I'm losttt XO

Oh! Sure, no problem!
Just drag the file into: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop\Presets\Tools
Start Photoshop, and load tools: [link]
... and you're all ready to go!
