Well you could've put sentences in those speech bubbles but I guess you figured it'd be quicker just to use emojis

That as nothing to do with be quicker. It actually time a lot of time to draw a dialogue less page that has enough visual action to still understand what is said. It is supposed to be a mute scene for comical effect. The same scene happened in the other branch and have dialogue in it but with a darker tone, which is why I put the dialogue there. If really that was because of laziness or lack of time I would have simply recopy the same dialogue.
Those pages actually took me way more time to draw that the ones on the other timeline.
More over this is supposed to be use for a contest later this year to earn an album of the first chapter.
