Probably my least favourite one of the bunch 
If she didn't have that sock, and if she had long hair (she'd have a more formal, night "cocktail" look ?), the pose and the weapon as well as the look she has in her eyes would have had a bigger impact
When one thinks Malkavian, one must think "it could be anyone in the street, but something's off.." Like a jehovah's witness, or a fun fanatic, or someone who has OCD...
At least, unlike others I have seen, this one doesn't look cute, bubbly and jumpy/rabbit/alice in wonderland crazy, that's a big huge plus !!
I'm eager to see the other ones
(my favourite is the Lasombra atm)

But sadly as these drawings are for illustrate each one´s particularities, this is the easiest and most desired way of showing it.
So, I apologize for the cliché to all Malks lovers
I´ll try to get redeemed with another drawing in the future.

I ranted out to White Wolf about their V20 anniversary picture they made for the book (I bought it >_> god someone please shot leif jones). What happened to Ted Bundy ? has someone watched criminal minds ?
As a ST, I make sure the characters don't spot the malkavian at first sight, but then, they notice something's a little off, something is odd.. Then again, all kindred above 50 are clinically insane. How the fuck a guy born in 1850 can understand and accept the concepts of cellphones, and of gay civil rights, and of racial equality ? dafuck, higgs boson XD
I can understand why you did it this way, you see it from far away, you point, and you say "Malkie" (like all Lasombra have Obtenebration advanced enough to make tentacles too... or all Gangrel luv teh woods).

As for white wolf, I love the guys but they suck when it come to certain subjects. When they assume and admit they are being heroic batshit crazy on things, it turns out awesome (Scion, Exalted). I love VTM, but I hate what they did with it, I hate it that authors wants to be all "moaaaar all about mmmeee my creations are better !" and we end up with Samuel fckn Haight Oo
