I always have to think about it a lot.
I read Abelas was born at the fall of Arlathan...
Imagine how he got his name. His parents weren't sure in what world he'd grow up
so they named him sorrow. Maybe he wasn't even of high rank and the elves just chose a few children
to train them as sentinels who's only purpose it was to guard the temple.
So one day they came for him to take him away. Maybe his family were slaves in the first place
and this had been an honor to them. "Our son is becoming a sentinel!"
But yeah ... It must've been very lonely and sad for him ...

An bonus? Hmmm. I have some ideas in my head about him meeting a dalish girl but not the Inquisitor (since my elf girl stays with Solas).
