Weiss typically keeps to himself. He doesnt like unnecessary inclusion of other people and is a private person. He does work well with others however, and can seem friendly at times. Typically however he is quiet, mellow, and lost in thought. Balsa is one of the few creatures on the planet who can make Wiess laugh and smile loudly without trying to keep his 'tough guy' act up. Weiss likes to draw, take notes, and is articulate/observant. Important qualities when working with large machines and building homes/businesses. Weiss is passionate about pokemon and in his youth wanted to be a full time trainer, however he knew that was unrealistic and not good at supporting yourself so he decided to use his abilities in construction.

Weiss is the head of his team and specializes in not only building/assigning jobs but also the architectural design. He really enjoys designing buildings and executing the designs.
