Hi Obrotowy.Β The art is fantastic! I'm looking forΒ Cthulhu related art for a web series about acoustical science mysteries - specifically the bloop.Β Could I get permission to use your image? If so, I'd love to get a signed materials release from you - so please let me know where I could send that. Thanks!

I love this piece of art. I have just a question: I want to buy this illustration via the print's option of DeviantART one day (I don't know yet when I will), but I don't want to buy it with the logo DeviantART on it, because it ruins your beautiful art. If I buy it, will the logo vanish?

Why do people always portray Cthulhu as gigantic . In the story the trap door on R'lyeh that they let him out of is small enough for eight men to open

I love your version of Cthulhu. I had never seen a Cthulhu that looked this ancient and alieny, by far the best conceptual art of an H.P. Lovecraft monster I have ever seen.
Greetings from Mexico, keep up the good work brother.

Very nice, I've studied a lot of octopus and you got the transparency and viscosity of the flesh just right. There is a great exhibit in the Natural History Museum at Harvard right now where they have hand crafted glass models of octopi you'd love!

I absolutely love how it has a rubbery/fleshy appearance--not to mention those crazy eyes--which gives our Great Lord Cthulu a truly alien appearance. Beautiful lighting as well. Amazing piece!

I just got done reading this book for the first time and it was very interesting (gotta love the mad ship crew and their explaining about what they saw in Ryleh). Love your coloring here (if its one thing i've noticed with cthulhu fans they all know how to make use of the colors to set the scene @_@). This picture is very powerful and intimidating and captures the scene very well!

I want to bring something up!
obviously you are a fan of Cthulhu and I am too....well Kaiju Combat (a game being made by the team that brought the world Godzillaestroy all Monsters Melee, Godzilla:Save The Earth, Rampage Total Destruction, and Godzilla unleashed)is a new giant monster fighting game the team is trying to get funded on kickstarter in October and guess what...Cthulhu has a chance to get into the game as a player character! we just need folks to sign up on the forums and vote for him enough (if the poll does well the creator has agreed to include him).[link]
