Sort of reminds me of me a few years ago, except I could never get my hair to behave that well (and I have really dark eyes), the expression is a lot like my default, for some reason people always thought I was upset about something, it was weird, I'd just be sitting there, in a good mood, and people would come up to me and go "What's wrong?", it really creeped me out....
