and i actually got my hair cut some time after i took this picture XD It used to be so hard to get my hair like that, believe me :/
but now it naturally kinda falls that way and its poofier ;u;

It kind of depends on the hair you have, I would just brush some of the hair on one side of my head over where it parted and I tease it a lot XD
i use hairspray and hair gel too.
