An AU AlphonsexMei, taking place in medieval Europe. I wanted to play off of the ' princess and her knight in shining armor' idea that's so popular in the fandom ^.^ I've only a vague idea of what the rest of the FMA cast is like in this AU, but there is definately a King Roy with his queen, Elizabeth (known to her friends and husband as Riza x3).

As is quite often in these times, war is upon their kingdom, so Alphonse is sent to fight in it. All Princess Mei can think about is him dying in battle, and doesn't want this to be their last moment together. But he promises to return, if she'll wait for him.

I really liked drawing this (even tho Al's armor is a pain ), so I'll probably end up doing a series of pictures based off of this AU. No fanfiction, tho. I've already got another medieval-based AU I have to work on ^.^;;;
