Description
My very first Decepticon! Ravage was always one of my favorites out of the Decepticon cassettes so I decided to make him my first drawing for the bad guys. I think it came out pretty nice.

Here kitty, kitty, kitty! He looks awesome. Very nicely done. I love how you did the glow for his optics. I'm still trying to get the hang of that.

Ah, yes, the glow. I use that a lot when I do colored fanart. I use Photoshop for my coloring but I don't know if you have that. I just add a shape, choose a color (or color overlay), keep the shape(s) on a separate layer from the body, and add an outter glow to the shape layer(s). For this, I have two shape layers for his optics, one layer that's behind the layer with his body, and one that's on top of it. And poof! Pretty glowy eyes.

Oh, great! Yeah, it does take a lot of fooling around with it. A lot of what I know was self-taught, but the rest of it was taught by my college. There must be tutorials on-line that can help as well. But I'm sure you'll get it.

Can't remember Ravage? I barely can either but I haven't seen the G1 cartoon for years now, except for the movie. For the time being, I can only remember Ravage from Beast Wars the most, but he was cool in that too.

Ravage was in the last three episodes of the second season, "The Agenda Parts 1, 2 & 3." I've heard from other friends that some episodes were never aired overseas or wherever, but I assure you that they exist.

Really? Well, he was from back in the old 80's Transformers cartoon. But he was also rebuilt as a Predacon for the Beast Wars series in the second season.

LoL I thought so. I didn't see much of old cartoon either because I was born the year it came out. When I could actually comprehend television, all I remember are bits and pieces of re-runs.
Beast Wars is the best, though.

Hell yes! I so remember Beast Wars back at when I was 4 (or 5 or 6). Beast Wars was one of my favs series, almost only behind ReBoot.

He was in Acmegedon parts one and two, where he was one of the last remaining Decepticons left and he had been rebuild as a Predacon and the Council had ordered him to "Take care of" the Beast Wars Megatron.
