I use lace brushes. I downloaded them for Adobe Photoshop. Some brushe I had to buy, there are some free sample brushes you probably can find on the web or you can just make some brushes on your own.

There's times when I'll do nothing but expirement with brushes and effects all day just to see what I like and don't like for furture art projects.
