Description fanart of ~elledupomme 's HERO
so this is Lost. but he is much more prettier when Hwei draws him, and actually this doesn't look much like him, so go read and admire now. go, i say! ♥

Lost is such a serious and thoughtful child, he is very charming. but i think i never saw him smile. tried to make him by giving him warmer clothes and huge cup of hot tea, but he is still not happy enough. *hugs Lost* i hope he starts to smile often~

I really like this piece, great use of watercolors.

Oh man, I freaking love HERO! I follow its updates obsessivley, haha. And I see you do that whole pimping-it-to-everyone-who-stops-by thing... *is totally guilty of the same thing*

Beautiful piece of work here, by the way. HERO is colored digitally but has this really painterly look, so the watercolors here do some lovely service to that. I have to wonder what Lost(?) has got in his hand there.

He does never smile, huh? I was wondering if I was the only one who noticed that!

Those swirls are fantastic. I love the way you shaded them with blue and violet. It looks like a dream. *^^* I take you used Watercolor-technique?

dreamy, yes, tried to bring the dreamlike quality of the comic (: and yes, watercolours, although i'm not sure about 'technique' n__n;;;;

The way you used it? Certainly it is a technique. *nodnod* Not everyone handles water color the same way. I - just as example - tend to cut a picture into small parts of one single color that won't touch the others. Kinda like a mosaic.

oh well this... i am reluctant to call it 'technique' or 'style' because i really don't know what exactly i'm doing, so it's just some... sort of process, but who knows xD

oooh I'm sorry ;; I can't do prose. I already spend hours and hours on dA simply reaplying to people... I don't have time for reading and stuff (because the amount of time it takes for me to read a story and comment on it, I can comment on 10X so much art. so I'd try to get back to more people if I can use my time wisely...)
