I can already see the style for which you're Drawing San is gonna make her look really good. She was a teen in the movie, possible to make her younger 20's? and maybe through Ashitaka in there somehow? that's my opinion. lol

Aside from the arm, since most of the people before me has commented, her hair also seems off. Her head is at an angle, and so should her hair. It should be going with gravity. Half of it looks like it's ignoring physics and sticking with sliding to the back of her head. It's okay to cover up some of her face with loose strands!
The blood on the wolf also looks really bright, but I think that's just part of the style
Other than that I'm loving it.Been watching you for a while and I'm getting more and more impressed with your human anatomy. She looks amazing

I know this is going to look amazing when it's finished. I can't wait! The only thing I have to suggest is maybe changing some of the facial features on the wolf standing beside the girl. It looks too much like a dog, specifically a german shepherd. Maybe add a little more fur around the neck and face. Changing some of the snout and expression might help.
But other than that it looks fantastic. The other wolf looks really, really good.

Her arm seems too long for her legs/legs seem too short for her arm. One of those, I can't tell.
And the wolf closest to her looks too much like a happy dog (or just too much like dog and not enough wolf), in my opinion and I know those characters aren't happy dogs. If you could change the expression a bit, I think that'd help.

Re: suggestions, for the wolf in the background, the frontleg looks a little short to me, and he appears to be missing a wrist? Just elbow and hand joints? 
Sun's shining brightly here so can't get a too good look on the screen so apologies if I'm missing some details, lol.
I think the frontleg could be a bit longer overall, and possibly a more marked and/or higher placed wrist :3 A good guideline is that the canine wrist is placed slightly below the hock. Here's some diagram that shows it pretty well: [link]

The arm that is stretching out, is a tad bit too long there, so you might want to shorten that up a little bit. Other than that, I don't think I see anything wrong.. anatomy wise anyway.

This is absolutly stunning. I love the way you do your light and shadows, and the fur on the wolf is lovely.

My only critique is I think her forearm is a liiiiiittle bit too long proportionwise. Otherwise I'm kind of drooling over how the background is coming out and ESPECIALLy the wolves oh my gosh.
