UB：CANNONAtlannon (Atlas beetle+cannon)
Type: Dragon Bug
It always fires the cannon at the direction of the sky, and the beams bloom into weird light rings in the sky. No one knows why it is always doing this.
A mysterious life-form called an Ultra Beast, it has been spotted making all the fruits of a forest drop down by stamping its feet just once.
Atlannon is based on an Atlas beetle and Triceratops.

IMO, it would work better as a single stage pseudo-legendary. Ultra Beasts are supposed to be alien looking, like they defy the laws of reality with their very existence. Atlannon, however, looks like an actual Pokémon.
That said, it's really badass! I'm about to check the rest of gallery, but I'm not sure I'll find one capable of topping this juggernaut.
